Seasonal Affective Disorder IN NYC

November 13, 2007 on 1:46 pm | In Psychology | Leave a comment

We are in NYC this week and notice the lack of sun more than when we are home in New Mexico. People leave for work in the dark and return in the dark. The only good part, is that the night sky, unlike the black starlaced skies of New Mexico have a constant dim light from the millions of electirc lights. So, it’s less cozy to stay home in front of a warm fire here–you can walk around freely in the evening. Still, there are plenty of people who start to suffer from seasonal affective disorder this time of year. See our Upcoming Events page for details about our radio show this Saturday in the New York area. CE/LS
